Swiss pri­vate in­sur­ers are ma­jor tax­pay­ers and, as such, make a sig­nif­i­cant con­tri­bu­tion to the coun­try's pulic sec­tor.

The study con­duct­ed by BAK Eco­nom­ics shows that the fi­nan­cial sec­tor re­mains one of the most pro­duc­tive in­dus­tries in the Swiss econ­o­my in 2021.
